Imra Behnam was born and raised in Tehran, Iran. After completing her formal and graduate education in Tehran, she moved to Vienna, Austria, where she lived for two years before moving to the United States. Following a career in marketing for various manufacturing and fine jewelry companies, Imra began her career in real estate by buying and selling commercial and residential properties. Since then, her passion and excitement for real estate has only grown. After completing her preliminary education with Coldwell Banker Realty, Imra worked diligently within a team at Keller Williams of Beverly Hills before she found her home at Nest Seekers International. Today, Imra specializes in income properties, residential single family real estate, and commercial real estate. Imra’s negotiation skills guarantee that her clients receive the best deal possible. Imra, goddess of patience
My wife met Imra during a chance encounter, when we were looking to purchase an apartment in west Los Angeles. It was an instant rapport, since Imra had an easy going and sincere demeanor. After that it was a journey of almost 6 months of looking at different places until we found the right one for us.
Imra proved to be very knowledgeable about the area and fully understood what we were looking for. She arranged many tours of different places. She proved to be extremely patient and always available. At times, it happened that we wanted to look at the same place several times a day, first my wife, then myself, then my son and finally our consultant. She had no problem arranging all these appointments and making herself available for all. What makes this even more astonishing, is the fact that all this took place during pandemic with all its limitations. She always had a smile on her face, to the point that I suspected she had tattooed it on her face!
When we finally zeroed in on the apartment we liked, her negotiating skills and advice proved even more valuable and useful.
All in all, we could not have asked for a better person to help us during the process of acquisition of our apartment, considering that we had worked with a few advisors before her.
